You've paid for training before. Everyone liked it. A month later nothing had changed, because nobody inside the company was responsible for keeping it going. This package exists so that someone is.

Unlimited assessments

Team reports

Team maps and culture reports that show the mix, the gaps, and the friction points.

Facilitator materials

Live courses

Continuing education for your facilitator. Each course teaches a tool in the Hub. Included as they're released.

Onboarding call

We set up your Hub, walk your facilitator through it, and plan the first team session.

How it works

Three steps.

1

Take the assessment

You first. Twelve minutes and a 13-page report.

2

Get your people certified

One day. Your HR lead, a trainer, a regional manager. Now the system has an owner inside the company.

3

Run your company on DISC

Your facilitator runs the workshop for every team, new hires take the assessment on day one, and it all lives in the Hub.

Questions

Common questions.

Who should we certify?

Whoever will actually run the workshop. Usually an HR lead, an internal trainer, or a manager people already go to. Larger companies certify more than one person; add certifications any time.

What does year two cost?

$1,800 a year. That covers the Hub, unlimited assessments, new courses, and support. Your facilitator is already trained, so the training part is one-time.

Can we use the BC Employer Training Grant?

The certification is invoiced as its own line at list price ($1,350 virtual, $1,999 in person), with the certification page as the training description. Many employers recover a portion of that cost. Confirm eligibility with the grant office before applying.

We have more than 50 people.

Talk to us. Larger companies usually certify several facilitators at once and get locations set up in the Hub. We'll put a number on it.

Do you run the workshop for us?

We can, but the package is built so you don't need us to. Most companies want their own person in the room. That's what certification is for.

What if our facilitator leaves?

Certify their replacement at the standard rate and they pick up the same Hub, same materials, same teams.

Take the assessment first.

Twelve minutes and a 13-page report. If it explains something about you that you've always wondered about, you'll know what it can do for your company.
