Get certified to run the DISC team workshop.
One day of training and a system you own. Be the person in the room when someone finally understands why they operate the way they do, and when a team that's been stuck for years starts working together.
Great teams don't fall apart overnight.
Communication slowly breaks down, misunderstandings turn into frustration, and conflict becomes personal. Underneath it, people quietly conclude that something is wrong with them, or with the person across the table. Usually neither is true. They're wired differently, and nobody has ever shown them that.
Be in the room for the aha moment.
The workshop is where it happens. Someone reads their report and goes quiet, because for the first time they have words for how they work. Two colleagues who have irritated each other for years look across the table and laugh. Certification puts you at the front of that room.
- Facilitate the DISC team workshop with confidence
- Help people understand themselves, and see their wiring as strength rather than fault
- Show a team why certain things land with some people and not others
- Turn negative assumptions into understanding
- Watch relationships that had gone cold start to warm up
- Give a team a shared language they keep using after you leave the room

What certification looks like.
You go through the workshop first, as a participant, so you feel what your teams will feel. Then you learn to run it, and practice running it, before the day ends.
The workshop, as a participant
Go through the DISC team workshop yourself. The four styles, your own report, and the team map.
The framework behind it
Why the workshop is built the way it is, and what each exercise is doing for the group.
Facilitating it
The guide, the slides, the timing, and how to handle the hard moments in the room.
Practice
Run a section of the workshop for the group and get feedback.
Your first workshop
Set up your Hub link, plan your first team session, and leave with a date.

Common questions.
Who should take this certification?
Leaders, coaches, HR professionals, consultants, trainers, and anyone responsible for helping teams communicate and work together. Most people who certify want to run DISC inside their own organization.
Do I need previous DISC experience?
No. The day is built to take you from zero to confidently facilitating.
What will I be certified to do?
Facilitate the DISC team workshop for groups. Certification is focused on running that session well, not on one-on-one coaching or debriefs.
Can I use this inside my own organization?
Yes. That's the most common reason people certify: to run the workshop for every team in the company and create a shared language. Companies get certification as part of the package.
Can coaches and consultants use this with clients?
Yes. You can run the team workshop for client teams, with our reports, materials, and Hub behind you.
What's the difference between virtual and in person?
Same content, same certification. In person adds printed materials, live practice with feedback, and a room full of other facilitators.
How do I get started?
Pick a format above, register, and you'll receive your assessment link and pre-work. Take the assessment before the day so your own report is your first case study.
Have your own aha moment first.
Take the assessment and read your report. If it explains something about you that you've always wondered about, you'll know what this can do for the people you lead.
